🍯 Damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products

If you receive a broken jar, a product different from the one ordered, an incomplete order, or a non-conforming product, contact us at beelly@email.com, stating the order number and describing the issue.

If possible, please attach photographs of the package and products. We ask you to report issues as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, to help us intervene quickly. This timeframe and the request for photographs do not limit your legal rights.

Failure to accept the package "subject to verification," the absence of photographs, or the failure of the carrier to provide a refund do not automatically result in the loss of your rights against Beelly.

The costs necessary to provide the remedies provided by law for damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products, including any return shipping costs, shall be borne by us.

Do not consume products with broken glass, leaks, or other signs that may compromise their safety. Contact us before returning these products to coordinate safe handling.

📦 Right of withdrawal: 14 days

You may withdraw from your purchase without providing a reason within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the products. In case of collection at a designated point, the period begins from the day of collection.

If products from a single order are delivered separately, the period begins from the receipt of the last product.

You may use the template form provided below, but it is not mandatory. To facilitate processing, please provide the order number and the items involved. Withdrawal does not require our prior authorization.

You may also communicate withdrawal before delivery. If the products have already been shipped, we will provide instructions for their return.

If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or an applicable public holiday, the deadline is extended to the first following working day, in accordance with applicable law.

Exercise your right of withdrawal

Log in with the email address used for the order and the verification code received. Select the order and use the cancellation or return function, according to the status of the items, then confirm the submission of your declaration.

You do not need to provide a reason to exercise the right of withdrawal. Withdrawal is not subject to Beelly's approval.

For declarations submitted via the online feature, we will confirm receipt via email without delay, including the content of the declaration and the date and time of receipt.

If you cannot use the online procedure, you may still communicate your withdrawal via email or mail, as indicated above, without waiting for the technical issue to be resolved.

🔒 Sealed honey and other products

Honey is not automatically excluded from the right of withdrawal simply because it is a food product.

For sealed products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal is excluded if the seal has been removed after delivery. This exclusion applies to jars of honey only when these conditions are met.

Opening the shipping box does not equate to removing the jar seal. For accessories, opening the packaging does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal is also excluded in cases provided by law for custom-made or clearly personalized goods and for goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, when such conditions actually occur.

Rights related to defective or non-conforming products always remain intact, even when the defect is discovered after opening.

🚚 How to return products

After communicating your withdrawal, return the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the communication, unless we have offered to collect them directly. The deadline is met if you ship before the period expires.

The return address is:

• Change of mind: direct return costs are at your expense, even for orders originally shipped for free.
• Damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products: any necessary return expenses are at our expense. Contact us to arrange the return.
• Packaging: adequately protect the jars during transit. Original packaging is recommended, but not mandatory.
• Proof of shipment: we recommend keeping the receipt and the document proving the return shipment.

You are only responsible for any decrease in value caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products, within the limits provided by law.

We do not apply restocking fees for exercising the legal right of withdrawal.

💛 Refund in case of withdrawal

In case of withdrawal from the entire order, we refund all payments received, including the costs of the least expensive standard delivery method offered at the time of purchase.

We do not refund any additional costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen expressly, such as Express delivery.

The refund is processed without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day we receive the withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or you have provided proof of return, whichever comes first, unless we have offered to collect them directly.

We use the same payment method as for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed and provided that this does not incur costs for you. A voucher is used only with your consent.

In case of withdrawal concerning only part of the order, only the relevant products are refunded, as well as any delivery costs due according to applicable law.

⚖️ Legal guarantee of conformity

Rights provided by the legal guarantee of conformity remain applicable. In the event of a defect, you are entitled to the remedies provided by applicable law, according to the relevant conditions and free of charge.

Crystallization and natural variations in color or consistency of honey do not, in themselves, constitute a defect, provided the product complies with the description and promised characteristics.

The duration of the legal guarantee does not equate to the shelf life of the food. Please follow the storage instructions and the best-before date on the label.
