At the foot of Mount Beigua and facing the sea, we practice stationary beekeeping, following the bees and the spontaneous blooms of the Ligurian hills.
We leave the colonies the honey necessary for their nourishment and harvest only what each season truly allows, obtaining small harvests linked to the territory and the vintage.
We follow the bees, not a production calendar
Our colonies are monitored throughout the year, respecting the hive's natural timing and leaving the bees the honey necessary for their nourishment.

Why NOT?
Choose Ethical and Sustainable Organic Honey
Bees come first. We collect only a portion of the honey, leaving the colonies the reserves they need to feed themselves and striving to intervene without forcing the beehive's natural pace. The colony comes first. The harvest, second.
Our bees are fed only with their own honey, without added sugars. For this reason, we always leave the colonies a portion of what they have collected: their honey is, first and foremost, their nourishment.
We take care of our bees by also monitoring Varroa, using treatments permitted in organic beekeeping and intervening only when necessary. We strive to maintain simple and careful management, respecting the balance of the hive.

Miele Beelly – L’essenza pura della natura
Il miele Beelly non è solo un alimento: è un viaggio dentro la natura più autentica, dove ogni goccia racchiude il lavoro instancabile di api curate e rispettate. Qui non si parla di sfruttamento, ma di convivenza armoniosa: le api vivono in ambienti incontaminati, nutrite soltanto dal nettare che loro stesse raccolgono, senza zuccheri aggiunti o trattamenti invasivi.
Al primo assaggio, la differenza è evidente: il profumo è intenso ma naturale, il sapore pieno e ricco di sfumature floreali che cambiano a seconda delle fioriture, proprio come la natura decide. La consistenza è vellutata, segno di una lavorazione lenta, artigianale e rispettosa, che non sottopone il miele a calore eccessivo, preservando enzimi, vitamine e aromi originari.

Un miele ottimo
Uso questo miele di Erica per mio figlio di 2 anni, e lo trovo semplicemente meraviglioso. Ha un sapore intenso ma naturale, con quella nota selvatica che mi piace molto. È cremoso, si scioglie perfettamente nel latte o sul pane, e so che l’erica ha proprietà utili per rafforzare le difese, soprattutto nei cambi di stagione.

Un miele artigianale
Ho acquistato questo Miele di 1000 fiori incuriosito dalla provenienza e dal packaging artigianale, e devo dire che è stata una scoperta meravigliosa. Il colore ambrato, la consistenza setosa e il profumo intenso parlano da soli: è un miele genuino, ricco, con sfumature floreali che raccontano davvero il territorio da cui proviene.
Si sente che dietro c’è un lavoro fatto con amore e rispetto per le api e per l’ambiente.

Ho avuto il piacere di assaggiare il miele Beelly e devo dire che raramente un prodotto mi ha colpito così tanto per purezza e intensità di profumi. La filosofia di Beelly è semplice ma straordinaria: le api vengono nutrite esclusivamente con miele, il loro alimento naturale, senza ricorrere a sciroppi o sostituti artificiali.
Questo approccio si riflette in un prodotto autentico, dal sapore pieno e armonioso. La consistenza è vellutata, con una cristallizzazione perfetta che ne testimonia la genuinità. Al palato sprigiona un bouquet di fiori selvatici, erbe aromatiche e un retrogusto delicatamente fruttato, che persiste a lungo lasciando una sensazione di calore e benessere.
Il colore dorato, luminoso e vivo, è già di per sé una promessa mantenuta: questo miele non è soltanto buono, ma racconta una storia di rispetto per le api e per la natura.
