Why beekeeping
Let me introduce myself and share the deep reason that led me to beekeeping. My affection for bees is not just about the honey they produce: I discovered the crucial role they play in our ecosystem.
They are tireless pollinators: by visiting flowers, they support the reproduction of many plants and the biodiversity of the area. It is a quiet work that is reflected in the landscape and, indirectly, also in the food that reaches our tables.
For us, quality means respect: small batches, attention to detail, and natural rhythms, without shortcuts.
From study to the field
I immersed myself in books, attended beekeeping courses, and enthusiastically absorbed everything I could learn. I soon realized that the world of bees is not limited to honey: beeswax, pollen, and propolis are part of a fascinating balance, with different characteristics and uses.
Beekeeping has become a rewarding, almost meditative experience for me. Over time, my colonies have thrived. And all around, season after season, I have seen how much the activity of bees can make a difference.
