🏡 Standard home delivery

Receive your honey directly at your delivery address via BRT courier.

• Estimated delivery times: 2–6 business days.
• Orders under €60: contribution is roughly between €6.30 and €7.35, depending on the order value. The exact cost is shown at checkout.
• Orders from €60: free standard home delivery.

⚡ Express home delivery

• Estimated delivery times: 1–4 business days.
• Cost: €9 for shipments up to 2 kg, if the method is available at checkout.
• The free shipping thresholds for standard service do not apply to Express shipping.

🚚 Delivery times

Estimated times depend on the country, location, and method chosen. Please check the delivery information shown at checkout for your order. If you do not find any indication, contact us before your purchase to learn about estimated times.

📅 Business days and potential delays

Delivery times are stated in business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in the country of origin and destination.

During holiday seasons or periods of higher shipping volume, or in the event of adverse weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or other operational difficulties, deliveries may be delayed beyond the estimated times. Remote locations may also require longer transit times.

In case of delay, email us at beelly@email.com: we will check the status of your shipment with the courier and provide assistance. Your agreed delivery terms and your rights under the law remain unaffected.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place without undue delay and in any case within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract.

• Thresholds refer to the value of products after any discounts, excluding shipping costs.
• Free shipping depends on the order value, not on a fixed number of jars.
• Conditions depend on the delivery country, not the language used to visit the site.
• Thresholds for pick-up points apply exclusively when selecting that method; they do not apply to home delivery.

📍 Tracking and support

After your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your package.

If the package is lost, damaged, or not delivered, contact us: we will manage the investigation with the courier. Your rights towards Beelly remain unaffected.

🌿 Small actions, less waste

Combining multiple jars into a single order allows for fewer packages compared to separate orders.

Picking up at a partner location can help reduce CO₂ emissions and transport-related pollution, especially if you go on foot, by bike, or during an already planned trip.

To protect the honey, we use natural, plastic-free packaging. After use, you can reuse the glass jars and dispose of packaging materials according to local recycling regulations.

Conditions regarding withdrawals, returns, and refunds are available on the Returns and refunds page. The free shipping thresholds indicated on this page concern the delivery of the order, not any potential returns.

For assistance with returns from abroad, you can contact us. Exercising the right of withdrawal does not require prior authorization.
